Installation Instructions:

1. Install and activate the Template Kit Import plugin (Plugins > Add New in WordPress).
2. Do not unzip the kit.
3. Go to Elements > Installed Kits, then click Upload Template Kit.
4. Before importing, click Install Requirements to enable necessary plugins.
5. For best results, import one template at a time.

How to Import a Metforms Template:

1. Import the template containing the form, then click Show Template to open it in the builder.
2. Right-click the page to open Metform widgets.
3. Click New, leave the blank field selected, and click Edit Form.
4. Click the gray folder icon and choose Add Template.
5. Select My Templates, choose your imported Metform template, and click Insert.
6. After the template loads, click Update.

How to Configure Global Header and Footer with ElementsKit:

1. Import the Header and Footer Template.
2. Go to ElementsKit > Header & Footer, select Header, and click Add New.
3. Give it a title, select the entire site, and toggle activation.
4. Click the template title and click Edit Content.
5. Click the gray folder icon, choose the header template to import, and click Update.
6. Repeat for the footer.
